We have received reports from our customers that the CQG price data during the market open was delayed. We have escalated these reports to CQG and they confirm there was a specific server overload, which caused the price data to be delayed for traders on this specific server.
Immediate solution - CQG suggest restart your trading platforms. This will force your connection to connect to a different CQG server.
We are not receiving any new reports of delayed price data.
