For AMP Global (Europe) Clients, You can fund with any of these currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, PLN, RUB....
By default, you are automatically assigned an EUR Landing Account when your AMP account application is approved.
In order to make deposit, in any other available currencies, first you need to create Landing account in the currency which you want to deposit-it will be your Wallet for this currency.
Please login to your Client Portal https://account.ampglobal.com > Go to <My Accounts> <Create New-Landing Account> then select the currency of your deposit, type your full name in electronic signature field and submit.
Your electronic signature-it is your name and surname as you wrote it in application.
Fund Account is a dark blue button in the right top of your Client Portal, click on it and follow instructions.
How to deposit using bank wire:
From Account: Add New Bank Account
-here you fill in your bank details (red Asterix marked fields are obligatory)
To complete a wire deposit:
1. click again on Fund account.
2. From Account: choose your bank account
3. To Account: you select the account where you want to receive the funds- landing or trading account
4. Enter amount
5. Select Broker account: Hellenic Bank- Cyprus and Submit
You will then receive wire instructions to your email. Please take them to your bank to complete the transfer.
How to deposit using Bank Card (credit or debit):
From Account: Credit Cards
-fill in the details of your Credit card or Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
To Account: Landing account or trading account
-Enter amount and Submit (the notes are not obligatory)
Important: if you installed auto-translator from English to Russian language-Payment system does not work with it. You have to turn auto-translator off.
Clear cookies and caches and history of your browser, use browser Chrome-it works best.
How to deposit using eWallets
- if you want to deposit with Webmoney, Giropay, Astropay, Sofort, Yandex
Please Note: “Withdrawal option not available” it means you will have to use other method when you want to withdraw.
